Karl Rove just said McCain did well but could have done better. I tend to agree. I don’t agree with Fred Barnes and others though that McCain did not make his points well, or that he did not excite his base. I know I was applauding and yelling my approval at the TV at times.

While the definition has been greatly enlarged, it does not account for all of the growth in prevalence--or severity.
Professionals who have been in the field all their adult lives and are nearing retirement have confirmed this trend firsthand.
And I am well aware of how changing definitions can inflate incidence numbers--look at my writings published 15-20 years ago and you'll find where I pointed out that the AIDS definition was expanded multiple times to keep the numbers increasing (to keep the $$$ flowing in).

My guess is, though, that the timing would be so suspicious that people would accuse the FBI of trying to throw the election.
Obama is dirty and that will come out one way or another. If it is as bad as we think, and if he does steal this election, it will cripple his presidency, so at least there’s a silver lining.

McCain exposed Obama as a tax and spend liberal. Obama said he wanted more money for primary education, more money for colleges, more money for bail outs, more money for autistic kids (slap at McCain, however), more money for alternative energy. But he will balance the budget and raise taxes on those that provide jobs.
