Don’t hold your breath, he will have his lawyers use some crap legal move to delay as he has been doing. Too bad we don’t have a judge who would simply say, no birth certificate today then I am declaring you ineligible. Wouldn’t that start a sh** storm?
This will be a ruling on Berg’s status to sue...step one.
Maybe the court will rule on the issues, not likely.

There will be such a storm over this! Imagine all the lawsuits against people who have certified all the past races and current party officers...all are open to legal problems.

No it wouldn't, it would demonstrate that he has been LYING for months, if not years. Who looks foolish if valid proof of U.S. birth shows up and it is NOT that Hawaiian doohickey, us or the man, his wife, all these Federal office holders, his supporters who have been insisting that he proved his eligibility with a different document?

No, it would be determined that the only way 0bama could win is by cheating. It would not be disqualification if in fact he was never eligible to stand in the first place and knowingly attempted to perpetrate a fraud on the American people. This is not martyrdom.
I couldn't care less about why he doesn't take the Oath on 1/20/09 (well, almost - I don't want him to be the victim of any kind of violence, but that is ALL). Martyr? Not quite, not when such a disqualification would show that he lied to even those in his own party...and, as others have mentioned, he'd be ineligible forever. He gains NOTHING, we citizens get to keep our country for another 4 years.

They are waiting for the judge’s ruling on whether discovery can proceed while the judge is deciding the DNC/Obama motion to dismiss. DNC/Obama dont want any discovery until the motion to dismiss is decided. IOW they are stalling on producing the original birth cert and answering the admissions.

I couldn't agree more that there needs to be a lawsuit filed in all 50 states. They should specifically state a date that Obama needs to provide documents or face immediate removal from the ballot and BEFORE election day. Force the DNC to respond and force the media to cover this!
This was posted a bazillion times. Those documents were not signed by the judge - they were prepared docs submitted by Berg himself TO BE SIGNED by the Judge once he makes his ruling. See berg's site Obama Crimes. He will post when the judge finally rules. We are still waiting for that ruling as of today - the judge is as slow as molasses in winter.
So today is not that date, we are still waiting......

You can’t just go around filing lawsuits, its not free. Unless you’re proceeding pro se and meet some special requirements where they waive the fee. It may cost as high as $84.00 in some state courts. Federal Court filings are usually more expensive and may be as high $350.00. Its best to have an attorney but the courts do allow people to represent themselves pro se. Complaints may be accompanied by an application to proceed in forma pauperis, meaning that the plaintiff is incapable of paying the filing fee.
