This is where you're wrong - the year was 1961 - Kenya didn't hardly even have phones, and a letter to Hawaii would have taken 8 months - same with Indonesia - think about it - you are all arguing as though it happened yesterday with modern technology, and ignoring the facts of the day in 1961.

Well, the case isn't bs. It's filed in a federal court. That part of the story is entirely real.

That being the case, why did Obama's lawyers choose to file a Motion to Dismiss, instead of simply presenting Obama's COLB to the court?

Obama's campaign has claimed all along that they have his COLB, so why won't they show it to the court and kill the story?

There’s no doubt whatsoever that Obama is hiding something regarding his COLB. If he had nothing to hide, his lawyers would have killed the federal case by presenting the document in question to the court.

In fact, if Obama had the real thing, and it proved beyond a shadow of doubt that he is indeed qualified under our Constitution to hold the office of President, then it would have been presented to the public when the challenge first arose.

Philip Berg would have never felt compelled to file his case in the first place, had Obama shown a reasonably authentic copy of his birth certificate to the public months ago.

Obama has made a tacit admission of guilt by choosing to dodge the complaint with a legal maneuver.

I watched PBS’s “Nixon” last night. Watching the history of Nixon’s dodging the inevitable result of the Watergate scandal with legal maneuvering made me acutely aware of what Obama’s doing at this very moment.

This issue will not go away. Obama is only postponing the inevitable. One way or another, the truth of this will come out, and when it does, he’s gone.

If you’re still not convinced that there is no there, there,... then reconsider these points in addition to the post #105.

1. His “memoirs” contain timeline discrepancies and significant omissions & distortions. These writings constitute a carefully crafted presentation that have ‘sold’ a storyline that recreated a persona and established electability. ***They oddly include a drive by the ‘hospital of his birth’, the ‘folded green BC’ found in the shoebox, and ‘lack of proof’ of his parents marriage*** These expertly planted seeds were essential tidbits to build his early biography plastered on Wikipedia to substantiate his future electability.

A Constitutional lawyer, like BHO, specialized on having most of his previous political oponents disqualified on technicalities-this IS his specialty. He certainly knew ‘out of wedlock’ status would be his ONLY potential presidential qualifier, IF it’s discovered he’s foreign born. (That means he is willing to be classified a bastard, and declare his own mother unwed, if it hands him the keys to the WH. It would also be a good reason that his grandmother is kept 100% sequestered from the public.)

2. There’s another very odd discrepancy that doesn’t pass the ~smell test~. It’s the crafted explanation of why his mother flew thousands of miles with a newborn baby through Washington State. She was supposedly, traveling ~8,000 miles to join her husband at Harvard. Unfortunately, this story doesn’t jive with the fact that her soon to be estranged husband didn’t arrive to attend Harvard until the following year. However, the Seattle stop would be on the return route from Kenya to Honolulu, Hawaii.

3. The suppression of both medical records and school records quash any chance of verifying his legal name(s), aliases, place of birth, or date of birth. This renders his legal status and type of citizenry (naturalized, dual, or foreign) impossible to determine. It also buries the possibility of exposure of falsified documentation to garner benefits, undeserved privileges and qualifications.

4. Recall that the Senate Bill to ‘grant Sen. McCain electability status’ was completely unnecessary at the time based on the existing laws. The only person to benefit from the resolutions would be Obama.

5. The illegal breach of the Senators’ PASSPORTS at the State Dept. was traced back to surrogates and supporters of Obama’s campaign. Apparently , someone was willing to risk criminal prosecution to access or tamper with government files & records.

6. The COLB displayed to be proof of his Hawain birth is an odd document by its contents, design, and numeric filing that is only proof of a recent request for a filing.

7. The Senator’s stonewalling and refusal to produce a vault copy detailing the circumstances of his birth speaks volumes to the issue of his unelectability. Making a fool of the RNC, GOP, FR or anyone else by hiding it and playing gotcha will not garner votes ( plus they do it daily anyway). Exposing his BC will cost him the election or he would eagerly put to rest the rumor~mongers and questions about his lack of qualifications.

You need to take on the role of a defunct press and slam his candidacy. No one on FR is an undecided voter. But you must try and imagine that you are an idiot and study their mentality in order to persuade them. Consider and pursue ANY and ALL lines of attack to reach undecided voters. These people are typically uneducated or they’re uninformed and indecisive types who will finally make a decision based on a single issue. Their decisions are based on smiles, whims, minor details, last-minute surprises, and a host of non-issue related topics. As FR’s, we don’t care WHY they make the decision to support McCain, we just want them to reject Obama.

Think about it. Obama’s campaign handlers know that this is a basic issue and that the ‘sheep’ are able to get “HE’S NOT ELIGIBLE!”or “HE’s FOREIGN BORN.” These people ‘get’ & accept sound bites on uncomplicated issues. They don’t understand the differences between forms of government or appreciate their rights to free speech, bear arms, federalism, or the FRee market. They will reject him for good, if it is proven he has blatently lied to authorities and the general public.

Obama’s minions suppress all information related to the BC issue and have totally muzzled the press. The RNC & MAC are too afraid to hammer it, but Yes, WE CAN bring it up. Other issues leak out in drips. This issue is a game killer and they constantly wipe the net, scrub the files, and suppress all leads to the very question itself.

Why is this? Why you think the media is banned from uttering the ‘H” word Hussein as his middle name? What do you think will happen IF it were revealed that his full middle name includes MOHAMMED? Or what if he had some other name that is not the legal name that is currently on the ballots? There is no way America will knowingly send any Muhammed to the WH after 9/11. You can’t run for elective office under an assumed name, it is a disqualifier. There exists documentation of use of another name in Indonesia & no documentation of a change to BHO. He and his handlers will have a very difficult time attempting to explain a string of aliases, misreprestations, falsifications or any cover-ups regarding his documentations. So Freepers, Force the issue.

Our local radio announcer mentioned tossed in the BC issue today combined with, “we don’t know who he is,” and yours should as well. You all must call in and email every single radio talk-show in the country. Pose the questions everywhere and anywhere online. I have recently seen the issue on college forums, sports boards, yahoo, blogs, and numerous foreign boards as well. Question his past all the way back to this serious Constitutional issue.

Ask WHO he is on signs: “KENYAN Born.-USA PRESIDENT?” “ “VOTE AMERICAN-VOTE MCCAIN” “WHY DOES BARACK HIDE HIS PAST’ “Obama, Fraud of 2008”

People need to become UNcomfortable and fearful with what they don’t know about him. Personally, I have read a great deal about BHO, and I am extremely fearful of his associations and political & foreign agenda. This potential lack of eligibility and citizenry along with his alignment with domestic terrorists needs to shake the complacency of the population. This is the game changer that could very well be the issue the people aren’t prepared to swallow. Get the word out on the street. Go to his rallies with dozens of Republicans ask him who he really is. Force Obama to prove his name and eligibility and the whole story of his past is not just “One Great Big Lie.”

I sent a link of the Berg YouTube video to my Congressman asking that the allegations be investigated PRIOR to the election to avoid a Constitutional crisis. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response.

What I don’t understand is why didn’t the Clintons bring this guy down if this is all true? They sure had the “guns” to do it with at the time. That’s why I doubt it can be proven he was born in Kenya.
