Jessica Hughes of Lufkin, Texas, former Marine, mother of three, answered her cell phone in the car, coming home from the emergency room. Her 9-year-old had suffered a mild concussion, but was OK.
The caller was a female Obama volunteer who asked if Jessica would support Obama for president.
Jessica replied, "No, I don't support him. Your guy is a socialist who voted four times in the state Senate to let little babies die in hospital closets; I think you should find something better to do with your time." Then Jessica hung up.
The next day, a man and a woman in suits showed up at the door of her home, identifying themselves as members of the Secret Service.
The Secret Service agents stated that the Obama campaign had complained of a death threat. They had quoted Jessica as saying, "I will never support Obama, and he will wind up dead on a hospital floor."
Jessica's husband had heard Jessica's side of the original phone call and verified the actual quote. To which the female agent replied, "Oh? Well why would she (the Obama volunteer) make that up?"

As amazing as it is, from everything I've read in those links, they actually were SS agents. They need to have their leashes yanked up tight ASAP and/or they and their superiors should be talking to a red-faced federal judge.
On a side note; never say a word to any LEO until you first have their full names and badge numbers.

Thank you for your comment. To update everyone following this, I have contacted the FBI who told me they have no jurisdiction, but that unless I take legal action this file and report will follow me the rest of my life. I have also contacted my Senator, Kay Bailey Hutchison and Congressman Louie Gohmert and I am hoping they will at least point me to SOMEONE with authority to bring this case to court. I think she is legit.
As someone given a personal Secret Service nanny during a protest of Hillary Clinton at Columbia, I can tell you that the SS is not partisan. They just follow up claims. And the Secret Service Agent like most of the anti-Hillary stuff I had.
Very very scary. this is where we are headed with Obama. We have GOT to stop that man in his tracks.

The Houston office would not comment on the matter to Snopes.

If these two were real agents they would have shown credentials when asked.

The confusion I spoke about was concerning the statement about not knowing who was who and what was what.
I just hope she gets her name cleared as she said.

I’m thinking that the victim here demand to know who the Obama employee was who made this bogus allegation against her - which is minimally the filing of a false report to a Federal Agent (Federal Felony) and maximally a civil tort in addition which could cause her employer (Obama 2008) to have to pay her vast sums (I think John Edwards is available...) to repair her reputation and assist her in recovering from the emotional distress and loss of consortium (that means she needs to refrain from sex until the trial is over to better cash in).

I would imagine if you were not in the habits of having S.S. agents knock on your door, it could be little intimidating to start off with.
But she evidently got herself together pretty quick.
Hopefully she can get her named cleared. And the “o” woman has to make recompense.
Take this to heart: Perhaps you don't sense it, but I am hearing a certain thing in my spirit that keeps recurring. Here is a description of it, the best I know how to tell you:

God does not ignore righteous souls that are vexed with the lawlessness and erosion of Godliness. Souls that have been willing to protest and pray against the wrongs in our government, our schools, our cities, and even in our churches. Souls that will not abandon our Judeo-Christian heritage. Souls that cling to the Old Rugged Cross, but are even willing to die for the rights of others to disagree with them. Souls that remember and honor God as their Helper, in whom they trust. I thank my Lord for this recurring hope that keeps coming to me and pray for it to be so. But even if not, we have the assurance of that fourth man in the furnace, that He will surely deliver His people.

That Obama is not like the fascist revolutionaries that surround him would require the clear suspension of disbelief.
I don’t believe this, either, but what I don’t believe is that the “Secret Service” agents were what they claimed. I don’t doubt Jessica’s report for a minute, but haven’t I seen in these accounts that the man barely flashed his “badge” and the woman never showed hers at all? Why would the woman “agent” be so quick to respond “that’s right, you were rude”? Because she was the caller, or else spoke for what the caller had told her. I think the caller was in Texarkana? (may have gotten that wrong) and Jessica is in Lufkin. That’s not a hard drive - I’ve been through and between both cities. Sounds to me like a couple of Obama’s campaign worker thugs sent there to claim they were “Secret Service” and intimidate Jessica. Just like they are doing all over.
I live in Missouri and am waiting for my first Truth Squad visitor(s). I’ll have my old tape recorder at the door, take their picture, call the police, and then ask for their ID. (Thanks to whoever suggested those things) These low-lifes need to be shown we’re on to them.
