I believe the law says that if you are born OF a US citizen, then you are considered eligible for US citizenship.

Obama has enough against him already; do we really need this?

All we need is a coherent message. The blind squirrel finding a nut may work, but it hasn’t appeared to, yet.

You should read the rules for citizenship for 1961 and you would discover his mother was not eligible to transfer citizenship to Obama because she was not old enough according to law and his father was Kenyan which gave him a Kenyan citizenship.

He was ELIGIBLE to be a citizen, but he was not a natural born one, if he was born outside of the US. And I don’t think they ever took any steps to make him one.
