Who is this judge? Is he waiting until Obama gets elected(yikes)....then make him produce it....then congress does impeachment hearings....and since it’s mostly democrats(yikes)...he doesn’t get impeached?

I heard Berg on an interview today. Toledo OH radio station. There is a point where the Judge can be forced to issue a ruling, by going to the appeals court.
