I keep waiting for McCain to open up the big guns. After he chose Sarah, I thought maybe he was a sly ole fox, who actually had some strategy up his sleeve for winning this. Knowing the ADD of the American electorate, he might be thinking of saving something. Trouble is, voting has started. Absentees have already voted. If there is a big gun coming up, he may be too late. Just like Hillary was.
‘14) Plenty of white Democratic voters are unimpressed with Obama, and will not vote for him. Google Bradley Effect.’
That’s not a ‘Bradley Effect’, it’s a ‘can’t energize your base’ effect. We Republicans should know it well re 2006.
True. It should have been a separate item. My bad.
I assume you’re referring to the author of this piece, not me, right?
I used to say the same thing about John McCain. If Obama wins, I'm guessing our next nominee will be Joe Lieberman.
He has to turn this around soon. He must communicate in his affect and speaking style a sense of urgency and certainty about winning. He has to look like he wants to win and that he understands what is on the line.
If Obama wins I will kill myself.
I’m deadly serious! I refuse to live under a marxist!
This is no cry for help or attention. I am stating a fact.

He probably did. Bush didn't listen.
I also noticed that in spite of Al and Tipper Gore practically slobbering in that famous kiss at the Dem. convention, they didn’t win the election!
Oh brother, I guess people just need their romance and showbiz, don’t they? (sigh...)They just don’t realize that no matter what John and Cindy McCain do, the MSM is only going to have romance and fireworks when the Obamas are there!
Obama Has Spent His Whole Life Intentionally Associating With Militants, Marxists, Radicals, Racists, Crooks And Communists.
. . . and is putatively neck-and-neck with McCain in current "scientific" estimates of the popular vote.Hard to believe - and, perhaps, not true.
That's some nice writing, btw.
"We're connected, busy people who make our decisions based on posters, sound bites, SNL, and YouTube videos."
No wonder you got John McCain.
You got the nominee you wanted, so deal with it.
