I think this falls in line what Karl Rove has said, there are polls and then their are POLLS
Rove also said in 2006 when confronted by a reporter about his numbers being wrong (he was guaranteeing a Republican victory for the house and senate). Rove's response was "well you have YOUR math and I have THE math." I think we saw how much we can trust his word on this matter.

Slight difference, though. Then, as the party guru, Rove had to put forth the most optimistic scenario. Now, he doesn’t. You can believe him or not as a TV analyst.

Please - Rove was dead right in 00, 02 and 04......So he missed it on 06 (basically because our base didn't turn out! not because there was a huge shift to the DEMs).
I would trust Rove's numbers over the MSM any day of the week -

Did that reporter ask him that before or after Foleygate?
