I am telling you, McCain will win. The American people love a bit of thrill and to be courted, but in the end they are dead serious and will flock to McCain. Watch roughly the last 7 days of this election to see the undecideds migrate steadily and decidedly to McCain.

The turn in the polls is due to Palin AND more than her, the truth getting out about who is at fault in the subprime meltdown. If the republicans continue to pound home the TRUTH, McCain can stumble to hell and back and still win.

My friends, it's great to meet a fellow Fletch fan.

PS - back to the topic at hand, it has been my observation that for whatever reason, Rassmussen's polls tend to lag behind the others in terms of showing a shift in voter tendency. Don't know why, but it always seems to work out that way.

McCain did exactly what he had to. The negative press coming out the next few weeks will be enough to destroy Obama w/o McCain having to club the baby seal.

I didn't like McCain's performance/issues last night, but you are right - he did what he had to. Sarah is his pit bull. She is doing what VP candidates are supposed to do - she's tearing Barry down.

Go Sarahcuda!!

She is about the only right campaign move McLame has made. I'm voting for her.

From Diageo/Hotline: Obama and McCain are now tied 44-44% among men.

Does anyone here really believe this?

If the republicans continue to pound home the TRUTH

That's one big if. God helps us.

Zogby has it O 45 & Mc 44.

I think pollsters are going to do what’s right as they see the world economy crashing over the prospects of the O being POTUS.

You may be right. I think the only way Obama can win is fraudulently.

He called Obama out, stated things that will resonate... and the UN issue of not protecting Israel will lose the Jew vote for Obama.

WOW! Based on the Party ID weights, and assuming that Zero and Palin are getting equal percentages of their own party vote, Palin is winning Independents 61%-39%. Incredible.

BTW, All — SUSA has Liddy Dole at +1 for Senate in NC; and Ras has Ted Stevens (No fan here, but we need him) at +1 in AK. I have always thought Liddy would hold in NC, but am surprised to see Stevens back on top in AK.

Right away, it’s bogus. There is no way the Messiah leads among men. Never has, never will. That’s why I think all of these have screwy internals. Women? Sure. But not men.

as soon as she gets back on the stage the numbers start going up.

Let Sarah just go and be herself, let her point out the odinga, ayers, kenya, birth certificate ACORN connections.

I was amazed yesterday that poeple still do not know about Ayers, and most have never heard about obama not wanting to show his birth certificate

I’ve got to admit, men as a sex may commit more than their share of crimes, etc., but we’d truly be lost without their relatively sane voting!
