Well, it's not what he said in the debate, but if you go to his website, it talks a little about it. He seems to have some sort of mandatory "volunteer" program planned for all age groups. My daughter's friend read it and said, "Sounds like slavery to me."

I recently listened to a speech of his that he gave in Reno. To ME it sounded an awful lot like a DRAFT - mandatory service in either the peace corps or the military.
