Delaware has lax credit card regulations, Mr. Obama?

CC regulation is federal.

Actually... many states have laws that regulate many aspects of credit in general (including credit cards). Arkansas banks have some of the lowest interest rates on credit cards in the nation - why? Because Arkansas law sets a limit on interest rates banks operating in Arkansas (based in Arkansas) can charge. Of course, those accounts are a lot more difficult to get than one from a bank in NV or DE.

Deleware is home to many corporations because of loose regulation
