I'll be interested to see if this is also a ploy to bring Obama to the boiling point and get him to say something especially stupid, perhaps in anger, in the debate. That would be rich, considering McCain's reputation for temper.

Just look at the silly, sad response of his team to Palin's little jab about Ayers. Totally ineffectual comeback. It would be great, IMO, to hit Obama with so much at once that he snaps, letting the true Obama out.
