No, it's time to un-bury them and strapping them on if it's that close. There is no middle ground with freedom. You either are or you aren't.
It would be better to have them cleaned, sighted in and ready for use. It would be best to have yourself practiced and mentally prepared for their use to defend family, home and country. Sic semper tyranus (please do not deduct points for spelling as Latin is not my native tongue).

An Obama victory is not going to result in an instant gun/ban roundup!! HELLO, he won't take office until January. And even if he were to do the unthinkable, why bury your guns. Who is going to use them when, if you are not willing to use them then??
Any over-the-top gun ban will be completely ignored by millions of patriotic Americans and absolutely any attempt to confiscate private arms will be the "line in the sand" quickly followed by the "millions of shots heard round the world" as agents on anti-constitutional fascism are put into their graves by the thousands.
