ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) — Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is accusing Democrat Barack Obama of "palling around with terrorists" for his association with a former 1960s radical.
Palin was referring to Bill Ayers, one of the founders of the group the Weather Underground. The group took credit for bombings, including nonfatal explosions at the Pentagon and the U.S. Capitol four decades ago.

Even IF Ayers wasn't a terrorist, he, to this day, advocates the communist overthrow of the American government. Obama only says he 'denounces' his activities. I'm not aware of him ever saying he disagreed with Ayers' 'politics'. The fact that Ayers still calls for revolution today, alone, should be enough not to make the guy a friend and work with him on his 'education reform' programs.
WOW. Thanks for that link, george. A lot more makes sense to me now. Obama’s strong arm tactics at silencing free speech and his threatening to sue or have FCC licenses removed from any of his critics etc seemed a lot like the islamofascist’s techniques to me. I should have known CAIR was behind it.

Sarah has guts. Maybe nobody else in the McCain Campaign really wants to win this thing. But she wants to. She is a gamer.
She is taking over. I am glad the McCain Campaign is not holding her back.
It reminds me of that Bulls vs Cavs playoff game where Michael Jordan went over Craig Ehlo for the winning shot. Doug Collins told his players to “get the ball to Michael and get the f##k out of the way”
It may be a big task for her. But we need Sarah to destroy Obama. Because McCain will not.

I’ve said elsewhere, she isn’t cutting loose on this today without clearance from the campaign.
But, she is without a doubt a fighter. Her Michigan comments and then her ad lib ending today in California where she asked the state to get behind them, she wants it all.
As for the cartoon... I just wish someone would make him answer the question about ALL of his friends and associates!

I was having lunch with my family today and I wondered out loud how many voters are going to vote for McCain/Palin because of Gov. Palin AND the fact that she will make history as the first woman VP. The fact that America connects with Gov. Palin is obvious wherever she goes but I wonder about the historical aspect too.
It may feel real good to go down this road. However doing what feels good doesn’t guarantee winning an election.

after watching an Obama Niger Innis lookalike duel over this on FOX this afternoon with the black haired lawyer weekend guy I’d wager the Obamunist camp knew this was coming as did the NYT which is why they broke water on this yesterday.
It will be a tar and feather mudfight and I think Obama has more exposure and less good stuff track record.

we people are scared to death of Obama need to get a hold of ourselves and pray for Sarah first and foremost. second, we need to pray for john. the dems lost in 2004 because they hated George Bush and sorta liked Kerry. We cannot win in 2008 because we HATE OBAMA. We can win because we love Sarah. We can win because we pray. We can win because we turn off the TV don’t read the polls and keep our passion for Sarah alive. Don’t hate Obama. Love Sarah.
That is the key. Sarah will attack but only when she feels it is the truth. And there is so much truth to attack Obama on. McCain will stay above the fray and attract the independents we need to win the election. Bush needed the mexican vote to win in 2004 and he courted it with a separate viva la bush office. We need hillary dems. All those old people up north and in Florida. They need to be courted. Let Sarah rally the base and give us red meat and let John court the independents.

Carl Cameron on Fox just said that McCain and Palin trying to tie Obama to a TERRORIST like Ayers is no different than Obama trying to tie McCain to GW Bush.
He then went on to say that the ties between Obama and Ayers are tenuous at best.
I am so incredibly pissed off at everyone in the media right now. Damn these disgusting scumbags to hell.
