You're absolutely correct. They think they are winning, but they have forgotten the maxim, “Beware the rage of the quiet man.”

When dialog breaks down, violence breaks out, and they have shut down our voice for three decades now.

I'm not condoning violence, but they believe they are the spirit of the 1960’s, but I fear they are rekindling the flames of the 1860’s and have no idea what they may be creating.
