Armed Robbery is highly frowned upon in NV. And his cohort was also convicted of all charges, and he had no murder in his past.
What evidence do you have of this?
How could you possibly know the jury did not consider the evidence and facts in this case?
How did you form this belief and what specifically did you base it on?
His co-defendant was found guilty in each of the 12 charges as well. Was Mr Stewart acquitted in a controversial murder trial too?
Look at the charges: Assault, Coercion, 1st degree Kidnapping, Conspiracy, Robbery and Burglary all with deadly weapon enhancements.
In NV, one of those alone is 15 yrs mandatory minimum with life being the maximum.
If child molesters are doing less time in your state, you need to take action and reform the law.
If you would look at the charges, there are more than enough things there that add up to life in prison.
He didn’t just steal stuff. Of course that wouldn’t result in life in prison.
