The Justice Department said Tuesday it will not station criminal prrosecutors at the polls on Election Day after civil rights groups said minority voters who are expected to turn out in unprecedented numbers because of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama could be intimidated. The move reverses a decades-long practice that put prosecutors on the lookout for voter fraud, ballot access violations and other polling problems.

I couldn't find this posted previously using search. Guaranteed fraud on election day. Obama's got illegal foreign donations, voter drives in Ohio mosques, Acorn registering the homeless. What's with The Justice Department?

Minorities, eh?. What are they, not Americans? As far as I know, it will be 100% Americans voting in the upcoming Presidential election. No “minorities”.
And if these “minorities” are honest, law-abiding citizens, exactly why are they “intimidated” by justice officials?

Now it's correct!

The "Justice Department" (and the President) are supposed to
uphold and
'defend' our Constitution!
Sounds to me it's the Justice Department that's the one suffering from a dose of 'intimidation'.

Sounds like someone is expecting an Obama victory and is posturing for a promotion

That's what happens when the country has a 45 year history of allowing RIOTS to burn themselves out 4
And a nation cowed by PC correctness--quotas etc etc
Worst thing is that a lot of those that bitch the most about these conditions vote for the democrats

We need names on this one.
When "everybody" is responsible, nobody is responsible.
Does anyone know a contact in the Justice Department to identify where the buck stops?
This is beyond absurd.
Do you think normal bank customers would be intimidated if armed guards were posted at every bank site?
Wait. They already do!
OMG!
Why would a polling place be any different than a bank? Posting guards at banks may intimidate would-be bank robbers... What shall we do about that?
What judge agreed with this absurdity?

This is a huge problem and it's invisible.
Ever examined the precinct workers selection?
Non criminals absolutely can't "volunteer" to serve at locations where the criminal element is likely to "vote."
Any naive one who insists can't be assured that his vehicle won't be trashed, or his life threatened.
You want to talk "intimidation?"
Criminal investigators and armed law enforcement is all the protection honest (non-ACORN) precinct workers have!

I'm a "minority" voter and I've never been intimidated by anybody, from either party, my whole voting life. My friends say they haven't either.
This is all B.S.
