The Justice Department said Tuesday it will not station criminal prosecutors at the polls on Election Day after civil rights groups said the criminal element of the minority voters who are expected to turn out in unprecedented numbers because of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama could be intimidated.

Now it's correct!

The "Justice Department" (and the President) are supposed to uphold and 'defend' our Constitution!

Sounds to me it's the Justice Department that's the one suffering from a dose of 'intimidation'.

This is a huge problem and it's invisible.

Ever examined the precinct workers selection?
Non criminals absolutely can't "volunteer" to serve at locations where the criminal element is likely to "vote."
Any naive one who insists can't be assured that his vehicle won't be trashed, or his life threatened.

You want to talk "intimidation?"

Criminal investigators and armed law enforcement is all the protection honest (non-ACORN) precinct workers have!
