John McCain is pulling out of Michigan, according to two Republicans, a stunning move a month away from Election Day that indicates the difficulty Republicans are having in finding blue states to put in play.

True. Losing by a few points every 4 years does not make a state a battleground state. Detroit homeless and ACORN fraud just make it too tough to win there. Now if the Bradley/Wilder effect really holds true uniformly . . .

“according to two Republicans”

Seriously, that is the source — are you “F’n” kidding me...that is the source for this story - two Republicans…

I’m here to tell you — Michigan is ripe for the picking.

Lot’s of Veteran’s there and obie scares the hell out of them, I know because I’m related to about a hundred of them — a lot of my uncles served in Viet Nam and the fact that Joe Biden got three or four or five deferments really piss them off…they served and fought — now they have a chance to see “one of their own” elected President.

Big union or not — they have had a democrat lead guberment for the last 25 years — she has recently ran the state to the brink of bankruptcy and the mayor of the second most corrupt city (second to chicago) is in jail...

Michigan is low hanging fruit. This isn’t over.

Michiganders want to…hell they deserve to vote for a real American…someone who has literally fought for them, knows what they have gone through. Not just tossed around a bunch of words…hell and candy ares can toss around words...

I say to hell with the lightweights that have never been in fight — roll up your sleeves and get in there and kick some dumbocrap arse!!!!

Fight on John!

I thought that was probably the case in Florida and that Obama was throwing around some serious cash. I have not heard McCain make one statement against Obama for lying about public funding.

I think some people are getting flamed for telling the truth. McCain has so much ammunition against this Marxist and I am not sure why he is waiting to unload. That said, anyone believing any of these polls are falling right into the trap of Socialists who want us to feel defeated well before the fight is over.

The truth is, this will backfire and McCain voters will be more likely to turn out and Obama voters less likely. Any article you read now you can take with a grain of salt. The Obama propaganda machine is running full force now and will not let up until a month after the election.

Any poll you see now, subtract 4% from Obama and add 4% to undecided. You will have a much better idea of the real political climate that way. People love Palin, turn her loose, attack Obama, and let the chips fall where they may.

Yeah, you and I seem to be pretty lonely when talking about Wisconsin. But McCain/Palin's first post-convention visit was to that state.

Ethanol doesn't worry me in Iowa. Obama's ground game there is very well established, and McCain skipped the caucus to concentrate on NH. So I think Obama ultimately will win Iowa, but not by much.

Romney was a paper tiger. He lived in this state for 20 years, spend multimillions here, bought out all the organization and county parties, and couldn't break 50% in the primary here.

The pro-lifers do not trust him. The gun owners do not like him. He strapped his dog to the roof of the car. That won't go over well, nor to his flip flops on every issue...when he ran for president.

McCain has no such intention. He wants to play the nice lovable loser.

Wanna feel a little better? Read this. But read it all (will take about two minutes). At first you'll think it's just more gloom 'n doom. Trust me. It's not. :-) And please give it a bump while you're there.

The Obama Media and the Obama camp are running a very non stop attack that the election is over and give up !
I have never seen anything like this in my lifetime .
Pollsters changing poll methods out of the blue like Battleground and Ras and Gallup to help Obama .
The OBAMA PR non stop harassing newsrooms about negative press and polls has never been seen in our lifetime. These Obama people monitor local news reports and scream if they don't like there reporting.

Let me add something on Romney. His campaign organization was the "Bob Shrum" of Michigan in general elections.

Romney would have been a worse choice than McCain. He's not the pick. Get over it. I liked Duncan Hunter. He wasn't the pick. I got over it.

i take that to mean you don't care for Sarah Palin...

Palin will do a lot better in 2012 on her own without McBush's handlers trying to give her a liberal makeover.

This like the other polls showing McCain behind seem to bring you alot of joy. Obama being elected will be a sad day for most of us and after the fact when they wake up for most of America. I will cling to hope that McCain wins. He isn’t funded by Soros and Buffett so I guess he has to use the limited money he has where needed most.
