Senator McCain,

America 60% conservative 30% liberal:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2068181/posts

That’s why chosing Palin gave you such a boost. Please keep that in mind. The only undecideds you need are conservative undecideds.

Rush was right. McCain could have finished Obama in that last debate. Heck, he could finish Obama with a single tell-all ad. I think it will take 527s to bypass certain Beltway bafoons.

Let Sarah go on more conservative talk shows. Since she’s not a Washington insider, give her more experience with nice, honest folks who won’t try to trip her up with those “gotcha” and “Catch 22” questions.

lol. Yes asking about Pakistan from a college student is “gotcha” and “Catch 22”...This would be absolutely hillarious if it was not so serious.

Sarah Palin needs to turn her attention away from the MSM and turn towards the people of this country and speak to them. The MSM does not matter to most Americans; we want to hear directly from, Sarah.

We do not want to hear prepared flowery speeches, we do not want to watch interviews, and we do not want to hear commentary about the speeches and interviews.

Americans want to believe that we have a connection to those we are being asked to place into office; let Sarah be a woman, let her speak from her heart about her love and hope for country and family – stop making her bow at the feet of the talking-head-pukes of the corrupt press.

What can John McCain do? Start telling Americans what we already know…tell how the corruption and in-fighting in DC is destroying our country and tell us how he will thwart it. Tell us why Obama, who is an obvious puppet, cannot stop the corruption.

I went to the sight and my suggestion was to stop the bipartisan stuff and the reaching across the aisle. People are tired of it. Get to conservative principles and get some fire in the belly like he had in his convention speech. I also said he picked Sarah because she was unique and now is trying to turn her into a polished Washingtn phoney. I said turn her loose and let her be herself and for her to get some new material and drop the stump speech.

My Comment:

Senator McCain missed a major opportunity during the first debate to point out how he tried to avert the crisis with Fannie Mae back in 2005, but was shouted down by Democrats who said there was nothing wrong.

I understand McCain's reticence over injecting partisanship into a matter of vital national interest, but it is important for voters to know who was trying to solve this problem, and who was profiting from the crimes of these corrupt institutions, through campaign contributions or sweetheart loans.

John McCain can either lose with grace or win with the unplesant truth. I say we win.

No, McCain is not a wimp, he’s just made one too many friends in the Democrat party. He would continue to call them friends, while they will continue to rip him to shreds all for the sake of acquiring power and keeping it.

Is McCain serious about winning the election? He said he would nominate Andrew Cuomo for Cairman of the SEC. Cuomo is as involved in the Fannie/Freddie disaster as Barney Frank, Senator DUD (D-CT), Frank Raines, Billy Clintoooon, etc.

Recently I heard a comment that McCain would likely nominate Billy and/or Hitlery to the next Supreme Court vacancy. I laughed then, but now I am not so sure!

Maryland is a heartbreakingly beautiful state, but, alas, we are regularly politically crushed under the wheels of the Dem Juggernaut so McCain & Co. will probably never visit here.

[Though this year might be a good time to start]

Two separate accounts of local large county fairs tell the same story; McCain booths are running out of signs and stickers regularly while Zero’s booths are manned by lonely, bored people who have nothing to do but stare into space.
