Pelosi comes out and takes credit for the House Republican ideas and the first thing I heard during the debate was Obama claims credit for warning Congress (2 years ago) about the upcoming financial crisis.
EXCUSE ME?!?! IS THE WORLD UPSIDE DOWN?
You left out one key point - any of our illustrious Senators could have filibustered any of these actions.
So there is not a single Senator with clean hands.
Right now we need to defend the House Republicans who stood until those provisions that will get the taxpayers paid back in full....there is no way the dems should get credit for things they were too stupid to think of, and the house republicans did...and now they want to take credit. It makes my blood boil!
the dems would have passed this as it was, if the repubs had not eventually come around, because they were scared. Thank God for the repubs saying they needed safeguards, and Acorn out. Now Acorn it out, not a dime, and banks must guarantee that if their paper doesn’t meet the amount they were paid, then they have to pay back taxpayers. That’s good they don’t profit, but we can. Seems fair to me.

Frank, Pelosi, Reid, and Dodd stood firm along with other Dems on forcing FREDDIE MAC AND FANNIE MAE give loans to poor people with no money down...as if it entitled them to a home they could not pay for. So the result of that was subprimes, arms and mortgages these poor souls could not afford, and then they were foreclosed or had to declare bankruptcy. THESE PEOPLE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF WITHOUT THE DEMOCRATS HELP. Now they can’t even think of doing anything for at least 10 yrs due to credit problems... at least they wouldn’t have been deeply in debt, just poor.

Obammi told his crowd today that they just put out a bill that he wrote 2 weeks ago, he is taking all the credit for it. Some one should tall Piglosy that she is not so important.
Obamanut has been taking credit for everything he can, to try and claim as many votes as possible....he is a big liar like Pelosi, Reid, Dodd, and Frank. It has been the worst election ever where the truth is concerned.

It’s a good thing you werent’ in my living room when I heard Pelosi take credit for the HOUSE REPUBLICANS ideas on protecting the taxpayer. As an intercessor there were some requests to God about it’s time to overturn the tables of the moneychangers (Dems)....I was angry. I wrote FoxNews calling her a liar, witch and they had better report the truth. I felt so bad afterward that I sent them all the research I had on how this mess as it unfolded since 1999....who knows they may not have read it after my tirade on Pelosi, Reid, Dodd, and Frank.
