Sorry I just don’t see the Earned Income Credit canceling out all the Social Security taxes and sales taxes and gas taxes and property taxes and phone taxes and cable taxes (franchise fees) and school taxes that 95% of all Americans are hit with. It is the truth. Without a high profile person like McCain to focus attention, the democrats would have passed the entire scam without Republican votes and the media would have buried the story to focus upon assassinating Sarah Palin. That you try to obfuscate that is quite telling.
You don't buy WaMu or Wachovia if they are really insolvent to the tune of tens of billions and you are having capital issues as well.

we would rather lose an election than compromise our principle. The market will correct itself. Yes it will hurt short term, but we will come out of it MUCH stronger.
And no doubt if Obama become president, the economy will be in much better shape and unfairly gets the credit for it
