I worked for a consultant for five years. For Obama to win, he had to hold his own, he did that and better. He will win points in the general poll because the media will present him as the winner.
Winning is not answering the questions, but looking better. Obama looks better. His answers are BS, but he appears better. The last five presidential elections have been about “looking better”.
For crissakes, Clinton won twice because not enough people felt Perot was an idiot.
I hope I'm wrong.

Sorry, I don’t think so. I think he looks unprofessional, and very impatient.

Clinton at least had a certain charm.
Obama’s coming across as an angry, interrupting, not ready for prime time pol.
I hope you’re wrong, too.

.... he did that and better WOW, I must be watching a different debate. If I was
watching the one you are, I'd have put a brick through my TV by now

So, 0bama won the mainstream media beauty contest? So what. Dem's always win the swimsuit competition. Anyone reasonable person who watched this debate, 0bama's tribe of ether-heads excepted, will not walk away feeling comfortable about 0bama's grasp on world affairs. 0bama was woefully ignorant and he was effective in showcasing this ignorance.

I disagree. 0bama looks tired, shown by dark areas below his eyes. He also doesn’t live up to the expectation as a smooth, polished talker. Even the liberal commentator on PBS said 0bama is a bit distance.

OK, that confirms it.
You must have married a liberal girl and she's threatening to not give you any until the NEXT election (2012) if McCain wins.
She ain't worth it.
Cheers!
