When asked about his failure to hold a single oversight hearing on NATO, or visit Iraq for 900 days, or consult with General Patreus, Obama smiled and said that he’s very proud of his VP! Basically inferring that he doesn’t need to worry about that Commander in Chief stuff because he’s got Joe Biden to handle all of that! One of 0bama's few weak moments. I laughed aloud. :-)
