It’s a civil offense not a criminal one.

Personally I don’t think the 2 bet hustler is a practicing Muslim anyway... but he MAY be.

Also, I think Muslims would be offended at the idea that calling someone a Muslim is ‘ Defamation of Character’... I know I would be offended if I were a Muslim.

Sounds like prosecuting anyone for calling Obama a Muslim would itself be a ‘Defamation’ (if indirect) against those of the Muslim faith.
