Pretty radical, that Declaration of Independence. And a minority opinion among the populace at the time.

The patriots received active support from perhaps 40 to 45 percent of the white populace, and at most no more than a bare majority. (Wikipedia)

Where are we now?

The question begging to be answered is, IF Obama becomes president, and IF we become deprived of our liberties, do we, the American people, have the resolve to revolt, and take their country back, by any means necessary? Or, have “we” collectively of course, become so acustomed to the socialistic ideals that have been creeping into this country via the liberals, that we’ll be caught by unready and not be able to fight back?
