This news was posted last night, but I have not seen anyone yet explain how the state of Missouri can have a criminal libel law that can be prosecuted. If someone can cite or summarize the law, I would like to analyze it. My guess is that any such law would be thrown out, and in fact, now might be a good time to sue those bastards who threatened to do this in order to get the law declared unconstitutional.

It’s intimidation, plain & simple. I don’t think they believe they can make it stick, but they are counting on people being intimidated into silence.

You can guarantee that they define a “lie about 0bama” as anything negative about him.
