It is a technique called JAMMING created by Saul Alinsky. When someone is trying to make a point, you talk over, around and through them . You do not give them time to make their point. Dems have been well trained.
Obama talking heads are using the tactic of bum rushing the interview, conducting a filibuster and over talking the host. It’s good Fox cuts them off. I’d like to see them turn the mic off.
