It says the server isn’t working. And it doesn’t make sense for Malcolm to say it “wasn’t his decision” if he is the president of the organization. He has to take responsibility.

Because presidents are not dictators. When the Board votes, they execute the decision of the organization or resign.

Again, that doesn’t wash, unless Malcolm went and invited Palin without discussing it with the board in the first place. In which case, I would think he would be asked to resign. Somebody has to take responsibility for this and not just say, “oh, but they scared us by threatening to take away our tax exempt status.”
