I’m so glad you’re okay, IMPR. So is my friend—she was one of the lucky 40% who didn’t lose power, and there are no large trees in her neighborhood to come down on houses and power lines. She says it’s very bad elsewhere in town, and that power won’t be completely restored for a week or more.

Living in NYC in the 90’s, in the “hispanic” neighborhoods I saw (as I’m sure you did) a prolifiration of storefront “mortgage brokers.” They all had the signs for NINJA and no-doc mortgages. Has anyone brought up how these were merely fronts to launder drug money? Millions went through these operations.

the biopsy is ok ( hurt like hell, had a bad nite) but the tests indicate I’ll be fine.......the source of the poison routed via my liver is identified and medicine will cure me.....however it will take 5 to 6 months to completely heal and my diet has to change and NO MORE BOOZE.....turns out I’m allergic to yeast.......
I have two more blood tests mostly as follow-up but I’m gonna be fine
