Are they implicated in this as a facilitator?
I think the original hacker may have fwd’ed to them. Is so it would just be more proof to who done it.
Someone broke the law and AP knows who broke the law. they are obstructing justice.
If a pawn shop took fenced stolen articles and refused to tell the cops who the perps were who fenced the articles, they’d face jail time.
This is no different. Jail time for obstruction of justice is in order.
