For all these people, including Hollywood celebrities, bitching about the United States, why not institute a program whereby the United States, in return for a renunciation of citizenship, will pay their one way transportation to any nation that agrees to accept them, with the proviso that there will be no visas issued for a visit to the United States for at least 5 years.

I actually, disagree, because players like Josh Howard are the exception, not the rule, nowadays. But I can say one thing though: Mr. Howard is effectively driving voters away from voting for Senator Obama.
