The Media is having a frenzy unlike anything I’ve seen before. Whether McCain and Palin win the election or not - and, with the growing backlash, it’s looking better and better every day - never, never again will the MSM have any credibility.

Well, maybe some. No more than the Weekly World News had, though. :)

Its funny as all hell in a way...... in terms that they are litterally causing the OPPOSITE of what they want, the downfall of Sarah Palin, they are doing their DAMDEST to tear her up. They are instead creating the more honest impression that the Media is out of hand too far left, AND increasing support of Mccain Palin in the Polls! Their support is still going up, even as the media attacks are going up. Ergo.... the Media is causing their popularity to go up! THAT is funny.

People can be popular with out the MSM?

Another knife in the back.

People can live with out the Big Three Networks.
People get by fine without their leftist rag.
People stop going to Hollyweird movies.
People are writing their own news on the Internet.

Where do overpaid, bitter, unskilled delusional leftist media has-beens go? We are getting down to 'break out the gasoline Jerry Cans and the Walther .380' at the MSM media bunker now.

Maybe some Putin coatholder will buy up the MSM and finance really good leftist drivel.

I can’t believe I’m quoting Susan Estrich, but she was on Fox earlier today and said the negative MSM attacks are probably adding to Palin and McCain’s poll numbers. (they also used a quote from a Hillary campaign guy who basically said the same thing.)

Estrich said when women hear the tone used by Charlie Gibson against Palin (and then she comment, we (women) have all heard that tone at one point or another in our lives...which I think is probably true), even though they might not agree with her policies, they will vote for her because they know she is being the object of sexism.

An unbiased media is a myth and always has been. Just take a look at how Hamilton and Jefferson used the media of their times to establish our two party system. At least back then the media has honest enough to say which party they supported.

The greatest hindrance to enlightened democracy in America is the ignorance and prejudice promulgated by our media outlets. When every media story is crafted, manipulated or simply invented with an intent to forwarding a particular party or agenda, the free press serves no greater objective than to enslave the free will and reasonable discretion of the voting populace.

Excellent summation of where we find ourselves.

I can’t remember when the media was so interested in a VP candidate, and so negatively so. Sarah Palin is a principled, ethical American woman who has demonstrated superior skills in government. She has been a mayor, and she is currently a governor. By what standards does the media challenge her credentials, while turning a blind eye to a total lack of credentials by Barrack Obama? Clearly, the media is heavily biased and determined to force Barrack Obama down our throats despite all of the troubling, frequently unreported, facts about him.

Didn’t Bill Clinton have a couple of grade school (kindergarten!) classmates in his administration? His closest advisers all seemed to be from Arkansas.
