Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the running mate of Obama rival John McCain, is holding a rally at Jefferson County Fairgrounds on Monday.
Palin, who has been drawing huge crowds at rallies with McCain, was to appear Monday at an outdoor pancake breakfast at the fairgrounds. However, the McCain campaign said demand for tickets was so great that they moved the event to the Westernaires Arena and will hold a rally to accommodate more people. Her event is open to the public, but a ticket is required. Doors will open at 7 a.m. and the event begins at 9 a.m.
"Our phones have been ringing off the hook and the line has been out the door and into the street," said McCain spokesman Tom Kise. "Unfortunately the campaign has no more tickets to give away."

At the Colorado Springs rally, at first they wouldn't let you in without a ticket, but then they let people in anyway.....There were 13,000-15,000 at the Springs rally despite the fact that it was prominently announced that without a ticket form your local GOP office, entry would be denied. I wonder how many thousands wanted to go, but decided against it when they heard it was ticket-only.
