Yeah, those 23 EVs would be insurmountable. Hillary’s people in PA can destroy Obama and he seems not to have signed onto that concept.

I think what’s happening is these people have decided they are the new paradigm and James Carville knows nothing of election tactics.

“You show me a candidate relying on new voters and I’ll show you a loser.” . . . James Carville

I think they are rejecting that. I think they truly believe they can win by registering additional black voters and college kids. They are literally dismissing segments that didn’t support them in the primaries. They have persuaded themselves the 18-25 yr olds will overwhelm everything.

I can hear them in their meetings now . . . “Hillary says we got nominated by states we have no hope of carrying. Well, bro’s before ho’s, biotch. If you knew anything, why are you a loser. We go with our winning strategy.”

Hillary’s boy Mr. Ed would have delivered the Keystone on a silver platter.

Now he’ll just keep the Philly machine in 2nd gear and shake his head afterwards “I did my best but 0 just can’t win in Penna.”

I didn't know JC said that, but he's a damn smart serpent head. "New" voters never pan out. They didn't for Howie Dean, they didn't for Algore, they didn't for Kerry, and they won't for the Messiah.

My only concern was OLD Bush-hating voters.

One more thing: it's utterly silly to think you are going to make a difference on the DEM side with "black voters." They voted 93% for Kerry in 2004. Ok, so that's 7% who didn't vote Kerry, mostly confined to the south (where there will be no impact at all), NYC, Chicago, LA, Philly, NJ, and DC. Let's say, for argument, that 90% of all remaining black voters are in the south and the areas I named. Of those, only Philly has any role whatsoever in the election, as IL and NY and CA and NJ will always go Dem. So let's say that of all those named, the black voters in PA account for 5% of them.

That's 5% of 7%. I'm not good with math, but I think it's .35% of the total voting population---and it assumes ALL the non-Dem-voting blacks in 2004 will vote Messiah. That's going to flip which states exactly? Is it even going to affect PA?????
