Dr. Frank is such a gentleman...I'd be surprised if he ever stepped into that subject. I was so upset on his retirement...then thrilled knowing he'd still be brought in during hurricane season.
I believe he gets pretty disgusted with the NHC especially since the NHC director retired after Katrina. I was a bit surprised when he stated he really thought the NHC was off with the storm surge data he was being given.
