I had a previous engagement to attend this afternoon but I came back wondering what was new. Have they managed to survey Galveston Island yet? Bolivar? Were there rescues at the LA/TX border where people were on their roofs this morning?

Some of the rescued have said “Crystal Beach is gone . Bolivar is gone.” Another town, too
Convinced many of those who stayed with them went with the town. I mean, really convinced. NOTHING official, though - all anecdotal.
