In one way I can understand their logic ~ the local media played up Rita big time and nothing happened here. The local media has been doing the same with this storm, starting yesterday morning ~ so these people may not be taking this serious. With that said - - - LOOK OUT THE FREAKIN’ WINDOW!!!!! Start taking this storm seriously.
