I think the media may be surprised in November. Or maybe they already know the truth and are lying out of desperation.

There are plenty of journalists who continue to get their quotes and information from a tiny group of friends and pass them off as if they were random, man on the street interviews. It’s a sort of journalistic incestuousness that causes blindness to reality.

Yes, that's a trenchant observation. When I saw the name "Geller", I knew that this was an article of exactly that stripe. He's a Democrat's Democrat; choosing him as a "source" was a red flag. He's not just a "state senator", he's the Florida Senate Democratic Leader, the minority leader in the Florida Senate for the Democrats.
