There was another camera angle of her face. She was very direct and honest in presentation. No blinking, pauses, glance-aways, fidgets, etc. I agree with whoever was critical of her “overuse” of the friendly “Charlie” personalization in her answers. FWIW, “Charlie” came off to me as adding an unserious note to serious answers. One or two uses would go unnoticed.

One edit was so bad it cut her off. She was saying “again” the edit cut off the i and the n.

I am very happy to hear there was a close up of her face. I saw that first long shot set up and honestly thought it looked like amateur hour, UNLESS they were intentionally trying to make her look subordinate and distant and the placement of Charlie was dominant and open. It was done intentionally.

A sit down interview is one of the few controllable shot placements and constructions out there.
