You are correct, do not trust Harrris County to make that decision for you. If you have any doubt, best to get out now before the crowds.

With regards to Harris County OEM, I can’t believe they’ve been sitting on school closures and evacuations. Half of my neighbors didn’t have a clue about where Ike was going to until I told them late this afternoon.
