This is awesome! Talk about rapid response!
I will give you this, it’s possible that Obama wanted to give a new meaning to the word lipstick. I just think it makes the Republicans look small by making a big issue out of it. It seems that Palin is smarter then any of the Washington Insiders. I don’t agree that he was calling Palin a pig. I think he just wanted to take that word and use it in a different way. I agree with Palin, this is stupid. She is a smart women. Sometimes Rush gets carried away because he himself sometimes lacks honesty. The guy has issues, though I like him, I am still aware he has issues and this is one of those times when it’s apparent.
If a man isn’t self-aware enough of himself to understand the consequences of his words as they come out of his mouth, that very strongly speaks to his fitness to be President.
The fact that this has exposed Obama as a misogynistic poseur is just gravy...
No, and again that’s not what I said. Keep up the spin though.
I guess You Tube pulled it....

So is it your contention that Obama had no idea that referencing Palin’s quote about wearing lipstick and then referring to a pig wearing lipstick would cause his listeners to connect the dots and conclude that he was calling Republicans in general and Palin in particular pigs?
A (theoretically) black man should know that insults from within the group are heard much differently than insults from outside the group.
It’s still on http://www.JohnMcCain.com/tvads/
That's one difference, true. Another difference, however, is context. No one took McCain to be calling Hillary a pig since she had not just called attention to her use of lipstick the week before. Is there any doubt that Obama's audience took him to be talking about Palin when they responded to his remarks with gales of laughter?
Where is the ad where Obama himself talks and admits that sex education is good for kindergardners? That’s the one I’m looking for.
That clip is from a planned parenthood get-together. I don’t think anyone made an ad of it yet but it would be a good idea.
