Barack Obama’s campaign brushed off suggestions Monday that a verbal gaffe the Democratic candidate made during a weekend television interview is anything more than just that.
In an interview Sunday with ABC’s “This Week” host George Stephanopoulos, Obama tried to suggest that FOX News and others “closely allied” to Republicans are promulgating the notion that the Illinois senator is Muslim.
Asked about whether McCain himself has done anything to suggest he’s Muslim, Obama said, “Let’s not play games. What I was suggesting — you’re absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith. And you’re absolutely right that that has not come…”
“Christian faith,” Stephanopoulos interrupted, correcting Obama.

“After a 19-month, 50-state campaign, Americans know that Barack Obama is a Christian of deep faith who loves this country and believes we must restore its promise,” LaBolt told FOXNews.com.

Obama was born a Muslim and the Muslim world looks upon him as one, (for example: Muammar Gaddafi) but I don’t think Obama really considers himself a Muslim. I also don’t believe he is really a Christian. I think he just fakes it for political gain and cover for his Muslim roots. No real Christian would take his brutal stand on abortion, nor tolerate the vicious racism of Rev. Wright.
His REAL “religion” is Marxism.
I was one of those people that was saying if Obama says he is a Christian we should take him at his word. I was wrong, very wrong. If he was a Christian he would have said “what I was suggesting- you are absolutely right that John McCain has not called me a Muslim.” There is no way that this wording would have happened if he really was a Christian.
I'd like to see a video which includes the question he was asked. I'd also, btw, like to see a video of his line about not taking guns--not having the votes in Congress.
If Obama was Midas and everything he touched turned to gold I could NOT vote for him.
Only a hypocrite would see nothing wrong with ending his political speeches with God Bless America while supporting the killing of 50 million.

Duh, I should have thought of that as many times as I have told people to google something. And yes, I found it. You are correct, he cannot be a true Christian if he does not believe that Christ is the way, the truth, and the light and NO ONE gets to the Father except through him.
