I understand your reasons and also know you won’t stop holding his feet to the fire. Personally I’m holding out for some kind of indications of what kind of cabinet he’s going to pick.

As opposed to the cabinet that Hussein Obama would pick?

Didn't McCain just say that he wanted to appoint Democrats?

Palin's okay, but McCain is still the presidential nominee. It's fairly evident that McCain will still be McCain, so no thanks, I'll pass on both major parties in the presidential election. Please pardon me if I'm suspicious and distrustful of the national GOP right now. Conservatives have been burned too much in the recent past by their amnesty and carbon cap-and-trade shenanigans, among other things.

This doesn't preclude me from voting for Gilmore for Senate or my local (R) Congress critter (who's actually fairly good).
