I bet you're right and this is just Drudge sensationalism. I read on FR somewhere today that S. Palin changed Trig's diaper right before her speech on Wednesday. I bet they have a picture of that.

If they have a picture of her changing Trig’s diaper before the speech she will only be ten time more popular. She must be cooler than Joe Montana, in the Super Bowl, with a minute left, and behind.
