OK, I’m shocked: Ed Henry, liberal CNN commentator, says Sally Quinn and the other woman are off-base and it is them who put up the double standard.

We keep saying the DBM is stumbling toward irrelevancy.

I'm considering whether the smartest play is to keep Governor Palin off the Sunday shows altogether.

Garbo was much more intriguing for not doing interviews than had she done them.

Sally Quinn has a special needs child...who takes care of him/her when Sally is working and giving/going to parties?

Did you see the Libertarian VP candidate is challenging 0bama on his Grades? Sarah’s grades are going to be better too, ya just know it;

Wayne Allyn Root’s Million-Dollar Challenge
The Libertarian VP candidate wants Barack Obama to release his grades

http://www.reason.com/news/show/128461.html

...........But the thing Root really wanted to talk about was Obama’s grades. Specifically, he was willing to bet a million dollars that he earned a better grade point average at Columbia than his old classmate...

......Welch: Were you the exact same class?

Root: Class of ‘83 political science, pre-law Columbia University. You don’t get more exact than that.........

...............Well, everyone says how bright Barack is, but Barack won’t release his transcripts from Columbia University.

Cavanaugh: Hmmmm.

Root: And I’d be willing to bet every dime I have in the world, a million dollars I’ll put, I’ll put a million dollars cash on the fact—

Welch: This is on the record—

Root: —that my GPA was better than Barack’s—...........

Greta should get the first interview. She’s the only one who’s covering Sarah with any fairness.

Regardless of whether or not McCain wins inoNovmeersarah Palin is energizing the Republican base

Vast understatement and unbelievably so! I had to stop watching MTP they are both so paranoid about Sarah that they have unknowingly elevated her to near Reagan status already.

David Axelrod being skewered on Fox News Sunday.

If they can't come up with coherent positions/statements at this point in time... it's game over. They've had a week to get their act together after the Palin VP announcement. If they haven't come up with a way to deal with her yet, they won't.

I'm embarrassed for the guy. He clearly knows he's on the losing side now.

I can’t be here much today as I have a busy schedule. Fox producer embedded with the McCain campaign says people he talks to in the audience at McCain rallies say they are there to see her, not him.

I smell another attack from the media based on how we are voting for president, not vice president.

When McCain splits off from Palin and they campaign by themselves, I am asking you guys to try to go to see McCain. If he is left with small crowds the media will try to spin it as the campaign faltering. Even if you are only voting for him because of Palin, PLEASE go see him and make the media nuts!

The guy deserves some support for nominating Palin, and he is our only hope to stop Obama being president. Please, please go see him. He deserves our support and respect.

Thanks for reading this!

Watching Obama with Stephanopolis. I utterly cannot follow his speech patterns and logic - all “...uh, uh,...now look,

Another Saddleback performance? I’m guessing he can’t make clear points?

You can have it all, seems like every other week we have to put the shutters up. Only break we get is 10 inches of rain here all flow back into the ocean for the most part. We do have a few low lying areas.

Worst part is rain/puddles do spawn lots of mosquitoes.

“I would really like to know where Obama’s choice of Plugs came from.”

Biden’s scalp
BTW just heard Biden answer to some Brokaw question by saying “Well, that’s above my pay grade”... LOL, there he goes again!

Stephy’s show is up against Reliable Sources in my neck of the woods.

Couldn't stomach watching Obama... but David Brooks(during the panel) did a hatchet-job on McCain/Palin. Stephie couldn't have been happier... he let Brooks talk... and talk... and talk. I hope Rush will have the audio on this stinkin' POS's comments!

Roger Simon brings up the fact that the media attack on Palin is uniting the Republican Party.

Talking about the Campbell Brown interview, and again lieing about what Campbell Brown did. They claim the interview was tough but fair. Campbell Brown personally attacked Palin and that is the reason why the interview was cancelled. I with Tucker Bounds would call in and correct the record. CNN defending Brown once again through complete mis information.

The question for us is (and maybe it should be a different thread but I think it's all related):

How do WE avoid being surprised by the next time a Sarah Palin selection comes along? Joe Biden has been on these shows so many times he probably has a chair with his name on it, but, of the 50 (or 57) Governors in this country, how many have been on any of the Sunday morning shows in order to be introduced to the country?

Either we start pushing the shows to widen their guest list, or we get some new shows, or we watch C-SPAN all day long every day trying to figure out who's out there that could be the next big name.

Great take Morgan.

He's not a prime time player. What will get even better is to see him try and go up against Sarah and hill/bill if he does not pay their campaign debt.

they have unknowingly elevated her to near Reagan status already...

They're both tardy and timid.

You elevated her to full Reagan status 14 seconds after her selection was announced.
