New Rule: Republicans need to stop saying Barack Obama is an elitist, or looks down on rural people, and just admit you don't like him because of something he can't help, something that's a result of the way he was born. Admit it, you're not voting for him because he's smarter than you.

The reason we call him elitist has nothing to do with his alma mater and everything to do with his arrogance. President Bush went to Ivy League schools, but is not an elitist. He actually cares about other people. Obama “secretly” belittled the common person when in California- and it was only a bit of evidence of the arrogance we already knew to be true.
Bill O’Riley’s face and gesture interpreter must be horrible at her job. She said that Sarah’s catching her tongue between her teeth while timing her zingers was arrogance. That makes no sense at all! It is more likely a reminder not to rush it. Arrogant people don’t make fun of themselves, as she does with her pit bull joke, while noting her determination. Arrogant people don’t live as unselfishly as you must to have 5 children. And an arrogant person would never put himself or herself willingly to the inconvenience and infinite patience needed with a handicapped child.
Want visible evidence of his arrogance? Before his speech he came on stage applauding for himself- or to lengthen the audience applause. How about the background- his styrofoam columns?
Elitist he is, just like Kerry.
