TRENTON, NJ - Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama will be in New Jersey on Friday for a fundraiser at the home of one of New Jersey's biggest celebrities.
But the event at Jon Bon Jovi's Jersey Shore home is just one of two fundraisers being held for Obama on Friday. The other is at the home of Democratic National Committee Chairman Philip Murphy.
Tickets for the Murphy event will be $2,300 a person. The price jumps to $30,800 per person for the event at Bon Jovi's home.
The money from both events is slated to go a joint fundraising committee run by the Democratic National Committee and the Obama campaign. Bon Jovi has a history of supporting Democratic politicians.

My husband received an email invite which had “McCain Rally” at the top in big letters with a picture of McCain and Palin so he assumed they were going to be there. He was at work and must have read through it quickly and didn’t notice the keyword “supporters” of McCain.
I have had contractors/electricians work in my house, I have no problem with them using my bathroom, we have four, so it's no inconvenience to me. What are people afraid of....cooties? Geesh.........

Having said that.... I just dont understand why he is a limo liberal.
He owes all his wealth to capitalism. He has expounded on it many times over the years raising his ticket prices.
He has done a few good things but I just dont understand why he goes blank on liberal idealism.

Bon Jovi is just owned by the Clintons. That doesn’t mean you can’t like his music. My point in posting this is to emphasize that the Clinton PUMAs aren’t trying to help bring down Obama. That has been brought up many times on this forum to debunk allegations on Obama.
