"Did O'Reilly possibly light him up??"

Nope. Just standard Rope-a-Dope (that's Obama roping you in, by the way).

Former President Clinton did it by leaking his "angry" outburst in an interview...then millions would tune in thinking that some interviewer "got under his skin" only to see an interview that went smoothly and made WJC look good.

Get your hopes up, then dash them.

Nice, professional agitprop, writ large. Welcome to DC politics.

...so don't be duped by Obama pretending to be "angry" prior to his taped softball interview getting aired.

It's a setup. He's going to look good in it.

I think you’re right. Won’t the interview be edited?

Bump your post. I had forgotten about BJ's rope-a-dope.

I can't picture BOR asking tough questions.

If anything, BOR himself will come off as a pansy.

Which might make it worth watching!

I disagree 100%...Clinton was not running for anything when he leaked the ‘angry’ interview stuff. Obama is running for POTUS. Even if he looks good on the Factor tonight, he looks terrible now. Looking like a thin skinned wannabe POTUS and lamely defending your time as a community orgainizer on live TV is never something one would do willingly. Provides the opposition with too much ammo for future ads.

My take is Palin/Rudy/etc rattled him last night. The man has NEVER been in a bare knuckled campaign before in his life, and on the biggest stage in the world, he is cracking. Without his teleprompter, he can’t think on his feet, he can only recite the talking points he has memorized. Critical thinking on the fly is not his strong suit to say the least. ‘Nuance’ is just a clever term his protectors are using to cover for his lack of depth.
