I really like them. We had a contract on a contigency basis and we would only need them permanently if we landed the contract permanent. we signed the permanent deal this afternoon so tomorrow I’m calling them in and telling them they’re hired.
The best part is it will be at 1.50 an hour more than they were told the perm rate would be and 4.50 more than the temp rate (they were making 13 an hour now will be making 17.50 we said perm rate would be 16 but the permanent deal was even better than we expected)
